1940s tea dress

The dress fastens with an invisible zip down the centre back, has facings around the neckline and sleeve hems, a fluted skirt with a machine hem, a yoke at the waist and three decorative covered buttons at the front. To learn how to sew all of these things, book your place now!

This is an intermediate class and would suit those of you with a couple of dressmaking projects under your belt.

You will need 3m of a drapey woven fabric such as a crepe, georgette or rayon. You will also need a 22 inch invisible zip.

If you are over a size 18 please contact us when booking.
