Intro to Fitted Skirts: Ultimate Pencil Skirt

Ultimate Pencil Skirt Sewing Class | Dressmaking Courses at Sew Over It
Our Ultimate Pencil Skirt really is the ultimate! She is a super flattering high-waisted pencil with a kick-pleat at the back. Designed to rise above your natural waist, the Pencil Skirt elongates your legs and makes you look ten feet tall!* Versatile, stylish and fun to sew, the Ultimate Pencil Skirt is a wardrobe staple that you will make again and again.

*might be a slight exaggeration!

In this class you will learn how to adjust the waist and hip of the skirt to fit you, and alter the height of the waistband to your preferred position. You will then learn how to sew darts, insert a concealed zip, attach a waistband facing and sew a kick-pleat. This is the perfect step up from Intro to Dressmaking.

Cake and tea will be provided to help the sewing process along!
