It’s an exciting time for us here at Sew Over It. Since we opened just over three years ago the business has grown more than we could ever have imagined.
We are continually adding new classes to our schedule, we started selling our own dressmaking patterns, and we’ve had such fun running events and workshops with big companies like John Lewis, Selfridges and Gap.
We want to focus on these expanding parts of the business, so to give us more time to do this, we’re going to be closing the shop and sewing cafe on weekends and weekday mornings.
It’s good news for classes. Weekend classes upstairs will have tons more room. We’re extending the workshop area, so on Saturday and Sunday upstairs will be all yours.
Our new opening times:
Though we will be closed to the general public, we will still be open for anybody taking classes, so if you’d like to buy your materials on the day you will still be able to.
Don’t forget, you can buy patterns, kits, fabric and all things ribbons and beads over on our online shop.
A big thank you to all our customers who have supported our shop for the past three years. Don’t forget to pop in in the afternoons for a spot of sewing and shopping!
