Sizing & Fabric Requirements
Depending on the season, the Grace Dress can be made in a variety of fabrics. You’re looking for a woven fabric with some body, as you’ll want it to hold the shape of the bodice and skirt. For warmer seasons we recommend breathable fabrics such as cotton lawn, cotton poplin, cotton twill, seersucker, chambray or swiss dot. For cooler months heavier fabrics such as stretch cotton, cotton sateen, brocade, jacquard, wool suiting and heavier crepes with some body, such as our Rio crepe and triple crepe, are perfect. You can see our curated fabric selection for Grace here.
Fabric Requirements
The Grace Dress sewing pattern is available in UK sizes 6-20. See the size chart for details on measurements and fabric requirements.
Like all our patterns, the sizes are nested to make it easier to grade between the sizes, depending on your measurements.

So what is a PDF pattern?
A PDF pattern is a downloadable pattern that you print yourself at home. Simply download, print, tape together and let the sewing begin! When you print the pattern, print at 100% (you might have to uncheck the scale box). Print page 1 first, the square should measure 10cm x 10cm.
Happy sewing!
